Bookings can be made via face-to-face discussion, e-mail or telephone. By booking a course with Epilepsy explained it is assumed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Payment should be made within 28 days of the training. Certification may not be sent until payment has been received.
10% will be added to cost for weekends (unsociable hours)
Rescheduling
In the event of a booking cancellation by the client, the training can be moved to a date of mutual convenience .
Two weeks notice must be given , less than this will incur 100% cancellation fee.
If the rearranged booking is cancelled again the full cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations and Non-Attendance
Epilepsy explained reserves the right to alter or cancel dates if there is unforeseen sickness or exceptional circumstances, but will endeavor to give as much notice as possible. In the event of a cancellation Epilepsy explained will transfer the booking to the next mutually agreed date or provide an alternative trainer to run the training day. If the booking is cancelled by the client the following fees will be payable

If delegates do not attend the training day and Epilepsy explained has not been informed then the full course fee remains payable.
Late Attendance
If you arrive late for a course, or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to deny you access to the training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.
Venue
If the course is to be held within your own premises please ensure that there is sufficient space for the lesson to be conducted, bearing in mind practical demonstration and participation is required. Parking is required. Accommodation if needed. If you are unsure please contact us for advice.
Liability
All training and advice given by Epilepsy explained is based on following guidelines. ESNA, NICE, and SIGN
guidelines in Epilepsy. Information given by Epilepsy explained is to the best of our knowledge, up to date and evidence based. Epilepsy explained cannot accept any responsibility for misinterpretation of the advice given.
We always advise carers or nurses if they are concerned about the health of their patient they should seek medical advice or call 999.

All materials (except refreshments) will be supplied during the session. Epilepsy explained is the rightful owner of all course materials with the exception of materials clearly published by third parties. Materials provided are for the attendees’ personal use only and not to be duplicated unless given permission.
